An Evening At Lafayette United Methodist Bluegrass Jam.

Recently on October 12th, 2018 Jean and I made it out to sing some gospel songs at the bluegrass jam in Lafayette, Ohio from 7 p.m. - 11 p.m. It was fun. I was guitar pic kin' and vocalizing in 2 part harmony with Jeanie practicing songs such as "Hem Of His Garment", "God Walks The Dark Hills", "Clear Title", "Mansion Over The Hilltop", etc...
Then, between 10-11 p.m. Mike from Lexington, OH played his mandolin and sang for us the bluegrass standard "Make Me A Palate On The Flo", and, Larry, who is a finger picking guitar player entertained us with his instrumental version of "Tico, Tico" a Latino sounding Brazilian song (released the year my brother was born in 1969 by artist Paco de LucĂa) which I had not heard for a long, long time.
Finally, Jean won a nice box of her favorite chocolate candy during the main stage drawing at 9:00 p.m. and I was given a beautiful musical reusable carry bag (pictured below) as a gift by Jam night volunteer, Judy. :-)
