Country Style Home Made CHERRY PIE!

It's been a couple days since I last practiced the beautiful gospel song "HEM OF HIS GARMENT" with Songbird Jean. After selling eight (8) Whole Wheat Honey-Raisin-Walnut bread loaves on Saturday and Sunday at the Farmers' Market, and in the neighborhood,  tonight local Bread and Pie Maker, Ms. Jean is busy baking a couple of CHERRY PIES. One to fill an order, and one for us to enjoy if no one places a last minute order for it. :-)

Country Style Homemade Whole Wheat Bread...

Uhmm...! Good, good, good! Honey wheat, whole wheat raisin, whole wheat, whatever you want, Jean puts it in the delicious healthy bread she makes using local all-natural quality ingredients. I like the fact that when I run out of bread, all I have to do is call Jean who lives a stone's throw away from me, and voilá, I have bread in an hour or so. Others who have learned that there is a break maker in the neighborhood pay a nominal price and they also get to enjoy a nice, fresh, country style homemade loaf of bread similar to the one pictured in the image above.

Official Food, Inc. Movie Site - Hungry For Change? - Stay Informed

Official Food, Inc. Movie Site - Hungry For Change? - Stay Informed. Thanks to the knowledge of farming/gardening that Jean possesses, not only am I almost daily watering and weeding my own garden this summer that she planted for me, already seeing crop growth in spite of a late start, but, I seem to be taking a greater interest in farming and the food industry all together. Especially, regarding farming in a way that leads to healthy crops and food, otherwise known as Organic farming. :-)

Are Prayers Being Said & Working Already?

¡Gracias Jehová por el poder de la oración! Thank you Jehovah for the power of prayer!
About 45 minutes ago Jean called me to ask that we sing Shirley R.'s original gospel song to her down in the activities room.  Jean and I composed a melody for it, but, the lyricist, S. R., had not heard her original lyrics set to  music yet. Since Shirley wasn't around we practiced for a while in the activities room and some of our other neighbors one of them by the same name, Shirley, was there listening and got blessed during one of Jean's gospel songs. (I play guitar for Jean on most songs and eventually try to jump in and harmonize once I've gotten the jist of a song.) We recorded everything onto a basic cassette recorder. Other neighbors stopped in and complimented Jean on how good she sings and how nice she sounded. It was said by our listeners that Jean and I sound good together on "HEM OF HIS GARMENT" which is my favorite of all of the songs that Jean sings out of her extensive song lyrics book.
This practice session turned into an anointed mini-worship meeting/service.
I agreed to practice again some more in the activities room, with Jean, at 8:00pm.
We have to practice because we're seriously talking about driving up to Canton, Ohio to http://www.faithministryradio.com/ otherwise known as Denny & Marge Hazen Ministries to appear/sing on their three times weekly "Plus or Minus 60" gospel proclaiming Television program which airs from 10:30am-12:30pm on Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's. I already e-mailed brother Denny this morning asking for a booking. Now, it is a matter of waiting on the LORD. :-)
